We are so happy that not only are our regular farmer's markets open, we even have a new one that is quickly becoming our favorite.
The Dallas Farmers Market has new management, and we've become disillusioned with what they are doing, so we decided to check out some of the other options that as Dallas Dwellers we have.
We started shopping at the
Good Local Markets last year, and were thrilled that they added one every Saturday morning in Oak Cliff. The nicest farmers and artisans with fair pricing and a wonderful selection - you have to get there early though because they keep selling out!
Their tag line is "Only Local. All Good." and their mission is to strengthen the local food economy. We will share more soon, but know we'll be eating well having these markets in the neighborhood.
